abrt 1.1.1 detected a crash. architecture: x86_64 Attached file: backtrace cmdline: evolution --component=mail component: evolution crash_function: fast_validate executable: /usr/bin/evolution global_uuid: 151f78949a841e952de652ae68273b8f948b6c13 kernel: 2.6.33.5-112.fc13.x86_64 package: evolution-2.30.1-6.fc13 rating: 4 reason: Process /usr/bin/evolution was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV) release: Fedora release 13 (Goddard) comment ----- Instead of standard options when right-clicking, it may be more productive to give a "remove" and a "move" option which will allow the user to simply drag the picture through the text and have it be linked in wherever the user drops it. Allowing a standard set of "copy/cut/paste" does not seem to make sense from an interface perspective (users do not expect this after using comparable software) and these options do not work correctly anyway. A functional workaround is to backspace/delete the image, then drag its filename from the attachment bar to the character location you want it to be linked to. How to reproduce ----- 1. Write a message with HTML formatting 2. Drag a picture from a folder into the message so it appears in the message body 3. Right click the image to "cut" it (it will not disappear) 4. Select a new cursor position to right click and attempt to "paste" the image 5. Watch your email disappear
