Description of Problem: IDLE installation isn't optional as I think it should be. The idle-related files should be split into a separate subpackage.
I don't really see a need... too many subpackages (and idle doesn't add new dependencies or that many bytes), and you can't see the forest for all trees.
Same as 60345. Why does a desktop user need, on a package with LOTS of dependencies, an interface used by programers? If kdevelop was smaller, would it be included in kdelibs? It's just the same to me. 1 kb in a base package is *much* more important than 1 kb in a seldom used one.
