Description of problem:
Pidgin Microsoft OCS rpm does not exist. Can this plugin be added to the final release?

Additional info:
Spec file for the latest 1.10 build is attached.  I presently have built this rpm and having it working with the RHEL6 beta but would like to see it added to the final release as it exists in FC12.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.
