This bug is already reported upstream here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-activity-journal/+bug/574207 I will update gnome-activity-journal as soon as a new version is released. Current there are other as well affecting a new release: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-activity-journal/+bug/599138
What are you people waiting to release a new package? The distro is broken -- backport a patch from SVN or something, package it up, ship it.
