This still occurs in 0.7.4.1

What version of python-cssutils do you have installed? 'rpm -q python-cssutils'
Which exact feed are you using? Ie, can you provide a link here?
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.
