Description of problem: lsusb gives me a description of "Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 Unknown" but it should be "Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 QinHeng Electronics" so, assuming the usb.ids are outdated... it should be updated.
