Are you using nouveau driver?

there are still many serious issues and they are still not significantly optimized for performance. Some OpenGL games may work, but they may display graphical artifacts and it is possible that they crash sooner or later. Some applications may crash X itself and/or hang the GPU.

Yes, i'm using the nouveau driver, the propieter nvidia driver freeze at boot time.
