Description of Problem:

  ltrace rpm missing from alpha server install

  ltrace-0.3.10-7

How Reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RedHat7.2 beta2 on alpha as server install
2. rpm -qa | grep ltrace
3. 

Actual Results:

  ltrace rpm missing

Expected Results:

 ltrace-0.3.10-7

Additional Information:
	expected results achieved with RedHat7.2 on intel server and alpha
        full install.

ltrace only supports i386, m68k and arm architectures, there is an sparc port
too but it doesn't work well. AFAIK alpha port of ltrace never existed.
