Red Hat Bugzilla – Bug 614497
Incorrect license tag
Last modified: 2014-02-02 17:14:55 EST
The license tag for nasm says LGPLv2+. However, since 2.07 nasm is distributed under a 2 clause BSD license, as stated in the LICENSE file and on http://www.nasm.us/.
Am I missing a reason that the Fedora packages convert this to LGPLv2+? If not, attached is a patch to fix this in rawhide. If there are further builds for F-12 and F-13, the tag should probably be updated there as well.
