Description of problem:

 wbemcli ei 'http://root:redhat@localhost:5988/root/cimv2:Linux_BlockStorageStatisticalData' fails to provide any information

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  yum install tog-pegasus sblim-cmpi-fsvol yum install sblim-wbemcli 
2.  wbemcli ei 'http://root:redhat@localhost:5988/root/cimv2:Linux_BlockStorageStatisticalData'
Actual results:
no info

Expected results:
lots on info

Additional info:
virt install has vda instead of sda/hda

Update HD_CMD_26 in sblim-cmpi-fsvol-1.x.x/OSBase_BlockStorageStatisticalData.c to search for vda.

This issue has been proposed when we are only considering blocker
issues in the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.

** If you would still like this issue considered for the current
release, ask your support representative to file as a blocker on
your behalf. Otherwise ask that it be considered for the next
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. **
