Prerequisites:
Candlepin : Candlepin1, om-premises 
Client : RHEL6 with sm version 74 

Steps to repro : 
Register to candlepin1 and subscribe for following entitlement 
 	RHN Provisioning + Management 
	Red Hat Enterprise Linux for HPC Compute Nodes, Basic (Up to 2 Sockets) w/ Web Support

performed export for registered uuid “export.zip”
imported export.zip on premises candlepin using following command 

curl -u admin:admin -k -F export=@export.zip https://10.65.201.190:8443/candlepin/owners/1/import

register to premises candlepin using admin:admin  and executed avail check command 

Expected Result : 
Following pool should available to subscribe after import 

 	RHN Provisioning + Management 
	Red Hat Enterprise Linux for HPC Compute Nodes, Basic (Up to 2 Sockets) w/ Web Support

Actual Result : 
Upstream candlepin pool is not available to subscribe  after import

RHN Provisioning is a tricky product, it does not drop a cert which could be the cause of this bug.

After subscribing to a product from candlepin1, verify a cert has been dropped to /etc/pki/entitlement/products. Once that is verified, run the export/import.

Subscribe product via candlepin1

[root@sachrhel6 ~]# subscription-manager-cli subscribe --pool=516 --pool=517 --pool=519

[root@sachrhel6 ~]# ls /etc/pki/entitlement/product/

subscription-manager-cli register --username tmgedp --password redhat --type candlepin

I was unable to recreate the particular trace you are seeing in your catalina.out
However, during the recreate we have found a bug... Closing this bug and opening a different one. I will reference the issue.
