patch to fix the issue

Description of problem:
The example program otftobdf installed together with libotf segfaults when calling it without any arguments.



How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
Just run otftobdf without further arguments.

  
Actual results:
Segmentation fault


Expected results:
Usage message


Additional info:
The attached trivial patch fixes this issue. I've already sent it upstream.
