Description of problem:
The list of "status" values on the query page is in an illogical order.  This is new with the upgrade to 3.6.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/query.cgi .

Actual results:
FAILS_QA is above NEW, and PASSES_QA is above ASSIGNED.

Expected results:
Both FAILS_QA and PASSES_QA should be somewhere below ON_QA.

A bug fixed 7 minutes after I reported it.  That has to be a record.
