It appears that the preupgrade N-V-R for F-12 > F-13, F-14 and rawhide currently, meaning that users upgrading from older releases will either get the old version, or will fail to upgrade. According to Fedora Community: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/community/?package=preupgrade#package_maintenance here are the current versions: rawhide 1.1.6-3.fc14 Fedora 14 1.1.6-3.fc14 Fedora 13 1.1.4-1.fc13 Fedora 12 1.1.7-1.fc12 Please push 1.1.7 to all active branches (or at least to updates-testing) and rawhide to fix this ASAP. Thanks.
Ping? This is still an issue with F-12 > F-13 and F-12 > F-14 1.1.7-1.fc12 > 1.1.4-1.fc13 1.1.4-1.fc13 > 1.1.6-3.fc14 At least rawhide (f15) is ahead of all the other branches.
I've built F13, F14 and rawhide versions of preupgrade now. Thanks for the ping. Positive karma appreciated in bohdi.

I've re-opened the bug because the bodhi push should really close it once it's pushed to stable as per the usual bodhi workflow.
(Only really need to add the bug for the f13 and f12 bodhi updates, btw.)
