Description of problem:
After suspending the laptop, I have had problems getting the wireless ethernet
card to come back up. The wireless parameters are not set correctly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have laptop w/ wireless card
2.ifdown interface
3.remove card
4.suspend laptop
5.resume laptop
6.insert card

Actual Results: Card did not come back up and connect to the access point.
iwconfig indicates that the ESSID and key are not set. I am running the newer
version of the wireless tools
(wireless-tools-23-2).

Expected Results: Expected the card to connect and dhcp correctly.
