Description Hedayat Vatankhah 2010-09-13 13:21:57 UTC
Description of problem:
I've tried to install a package using Add/Remove Software. When I press Apply, it starts working and goes in the "Resolving dependency" stage. Then, suddently it stops working and doesn't say anything. The package is not installed. When I try to install the same package using yum, yum says that this package conflicts with another installed package. (I've tried to install audacity-freeworld while audacity was installed; and vice versa. same thing in both cases)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-packagekit-2.30.3-1.fc13.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install audacity
2. try to install audacity-freeworld using Add/Remove software

Actual results:
Nothing happens, and no errors are given

Expected results:
It should show an error dialog saying that the installation has been failed because of a conflict.
