Description of problem:

after booting /var/log/boot.log contains:

Starting udev: udevd[443]: BUS= will be removed in a future udev version, please use SUBSYSTEM= to match the event device, or SUBSYSTEMS= to match a parent device, in /etc/udev/rules.d/85-pcscd_egate.rules:3

This file is not part of the pcsc-tools package and neither of any other package in the Fedora 13. I suppose this file is from the retired package ifd-egate which was included in Fedora 12 and older. Just remove the package from the system with yum.
