Debuginfo repos being broken shouldn't affect most yum transactions - installs of non-debug packages and the like. So the yum-plugin-auto-update-debug-info plugin should set skip-if-unavailable for these repos to avoid me screaming and clawing at the dash like a cheerleader.

okay I've added this patch upstream to set skip_if_unavailable.
