Description of problem:

Desktop effects are temporarily disabled after login.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mesa-7.9-1.fc14
xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.12.0-6.fc14.1.x86_64
KDE 4.5.2


How reproducible:
Enabling desktop effects than logout and login again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable desktop effects in system settings
2. Logout
3. Login again
  
Actual results:

Desktop effects are suspended

Expected results:

Desktop effects should be enabled

Additional info:

Workaround: activate "Disable functionality check" in System Settings -> Desktop Effects -> Advanced

Not repruducible in Fedora 13.
