Description of problem: clamd service fails to start at bootup

How reproducible: always on F15 32\64 KVM guests


Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup clamd
2. use chkconfig to start at bootup
3.
  
Actual results: fails to start


Expected results: working


Additional info: It will start after login using "service clamd.clamav start"

Forgot about this until now.
Clamd now works for me.
even with systemd.
