Description Jeff Moe (jebba) 2010-10-19 04:58:45 UTC
Description of problem:
ltrace has not been updated for a long time (2006) and there have been a few upstream releases.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Currently in rawhide: ltrace-0.5-17.45svn.fc15

Additional info:
45svn is basically version 0.5. They dropped svn at 81svn (in 2008) and switched to git. They have released 0.5.1, 0.5.2, 0.5.3.

The new git repo is here:
git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/ltrace.git

Comment 1 Petr Machata 2010-10-19 06:48:41 UTC
0.6 is in the making upstream right now. I'm working on porting patches from Fedora, ppc support in particular is lacking. When it's all done, I'll update--I believe it should be possible to do so in the current Rawhide timeframe.

Uh, this is prepared in rawhide since February, but I forgot to do the build. Did that now.
