Description of problem:
IDE controller chip Promise 20276 is still unsupported in 2.4.18-0.26.
Vanilla 2.4.19-pre8 already supports it.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install Linux on an ASUS Mainboard A7V333 with active Promise 20276 IDE chipset
	

Actual Results:  Unsupported IDE device

Expected Results:  Supported IDE device

Additional info:

What is possible earlier:
a) backpatching from 2.4.19-pre8
or
b) release of rawhide kernel 2.4.19

Also RHL 7.3 2.4.18-3 don't support it, attached patch helps
