Description of problem:

when clicking on users tab in hosted for orgs (like login - hp-sales-org-admin) with large number of users is giving Internal Server Error.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to rhn.webdev.redhat.com as hp-sales-org-admin/redhat
2. click on users tab

  
Actual results:

Internal Server Error

Expected results:

should be able to view the users in the org.

Additional info:

Grant knows the SQL exception and the problem in the SQL.
