Description of problem:
Typo on Page 24 of the rhl-rg where it explains the contains of the /usr directory.
It begins : "The bin directory contains executables, doc contains non-FHS
compliant documentation pages,...."  

There is no /usr/doc, so you must mean to put dict there instead of doc.

1.Open rhl-rg in your favorite pdf viewer.
2.Go to page 24.
3.Read, it's fundamental!

Thanks for catching that. This error was fixed in the 7.3 version of the
Reference Guide so I am closing this bug.
