Description of problem:

Currently online resize (mounted fs) via  lvresize requires, that user specify extra option to avoid unneeded fsck. Fix is needed to allow flawless online resize in this case.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. lvresize -r    mounted LV with ext2/3/4

Actual results:
option '-n' needs to be given explicitly

Expected results:
automatically avoid fsck for online resizable fs.
