This should probably be:

Owners: bryanhepworth

As I think that you are planning to be the primary maintainer of the EPEL package, but I would like to be a co-maintainer as per:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL/ContributorStatusNo

Also this should be appended to the existing package review request: bug #235989, not opened as a separate bug.

Actually should be "InitialCC", not "Cc", so in full:
