Description of problem:
aic7xxx SCSI driver cause kernel to panic under heavy swap.

Here is the warning messages I got on console after the machine crash.

scsi0: Temporary Resource Shortage
Kernel panic: running device on run list

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run a lot of memory-hungry EDA tools on Redhat 7.1
2. When memory goes low and results heavy swap activity. System crash
3. To will get the warning message on console.
	

Actual Results:  scsi0: Temporary Resource Shortage
Kernel panic: running device on run list

System hang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expected Results:  The kernel should not panic!

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
persists.

The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, 
and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in
