Description of problem: Per upstream request http://code.bitlbee.org/lh/bitlbee/revision/708/doc/CHANGES, we don't enable OTR plugin per default (upstream is afraid of lack of testing and having this on public servers with bugs in the encryption stuff). However, I have now created a package for bitlbee (http://gitorious.org/bitlbee/fedora/commits/otr) which includes bitlbee-otr subpackage. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): bitlbee-3.0-2
