From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020513

Description of problem:
1. Please include the hidups driver for USB UPSes.
2. Please put the driver binaries in /sbin instead of /usr/bin, otherwise the
forced shutdown runned from /etc/rc.d/init.d/halt does not work when /usr is a
separate partition.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Actual RedHat 7.3 nut rpm.
2.
3.
