An updated version of this package (handling this and other stuff that was kind of broken) has been submitted. It should reach updates-testing soon and then the updates repository, but in the meantime you can download RPMs from:

lock-keys-applet-1.0-21.fc14 has been pushed to the Fedora 14 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
