comment: I am running Fedora 14 i686 32 bit architecture. My system has 4GB of RAM but is using a 32bit memory controller so is restricted to 3.2GB usable RAM. I was running Mozilla at the time and Thunderbird email. I made no edits to the document as I was only reviewing it. The document was created using Microsoft Word. I have no idea what caused the crashed.

Crash during autosave I think. Is it possible to attach the document which crashed while you were reading it ?
