Description of problem:
After Removing the agent using the JON admin console they still appear under Administration / High Availability / Agents. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
version: 2.4.0.GA
build number: 10927:8fb6059

How reproducible:
Remove an agent from the console it still appears under Administration / High Availability / Agents on the admin console.

Steps to Reproduce:
Remove the agent using the following steps
1. Connect to the JON UI (http://localhost:7080) and sign-in as an administrator user
2. Navigate to Resources -> Servers
3. Locate the RHQ Agent resource in the server resource list and place a check next to it
4. Click "Uninventory Selected"
5. Navigate to Administration ->High Availability ->Agents , this removed agents still show up.

Even after removing the entire platform by following the below steps the agent still shows up under Administration ->High Availability ->Agents

1. Connect to the JON UI (http://localhost:7080) and sign-in as an administrator user
2. Navigate to Resources -> Platforms
3. Locate the Platform resource in the platform resource list and place a check next to it
4. Click "Uninventory Selected"
5. Navigate to Administration ->High Availability ->Agents , this removed agents still show up.

An agent resource is not the same thing as an agent in the RHQ topology.  Uninventorying an agent does not physically remove, or affect in any way, the actual agent.
