Description of problem:
keyboard layout is not shown, if click on 'Region and Language'-> Layout ->(Select layout USA)->Show

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.91.5-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run Gnome Control Center
2. 'Region and Language'-> Layout ->(Select layout USA)->Show
3.
  
Actual results:
No Layout Shown, only empty window popup

Expected results:
it should show

Additional info:
I was not sure about component to select, so select control-center to open bug.

bug exist with following package:
control-center-2.91.6-5.fc15.x86_64

Was fixed upstream recently, will be in the next version of control-center.

    gtk_widget_show_all was in new_dialog before, has to be called explicitly
