This is a tracking bug for review requests needed to update MediaWiki in Fedora Infrastructure to 1.16.

Full list of extensions we currently use:

SpecialInterwiki -- not installing since we don't use it

Click -- not installing, functionality built into MW 1.14 and later

There's some other extensions that have been requested and we can install, I
need to go find them.

1.16 has been on Fedora Infra for a while. Closing tracker ticket.
