SELinux is preventing /usr/lib64/nspluginwrapper/npviewer.bin from 'write' accesses on the file /root/.mozilla/firefox/h0i7vsgx.default/.parentlock. I believe both suggestions are wrong, however I could not get an nsplugin_home_t context on the file with semanage fcontext -a -t nsplugin_home_t \ 'HOME_DIR/\.mozilla/firefox(/[^/]*)/\.parentlock' Something like that should work though. ***** Plugin leaks (50.5 confidence) suggests ****************************** If you want to ignore npviewer.bin trying to write access the .parentlock file, because you believe it should not need this access. Then you should report this as a bug. You can generate a local policy module to dontaudit this access. Hmm, looks like the contexts are wrong on the /root/.mozilla directory (and below), however after restorecon -vR /root/.mozilla/firefox/ I still see them as admin_home_t rather than mozilla_home_t.
Do not run firefox as root. it is unsupported by SELinux.
Maybe worth a sealert plugin?
