Thanks for a bug report. I believe this is related to the upstream bug [1], which happens when a non-UTF8 string is about to be passed through DBus (GVariant doesn't like non-UTF8 strings).

I see that this is with your tasks, so if you've only one configured, the On This Computer/Personal, then please open
~/.local/share/evolution/tasks/system/tasks.ics
in a text editor and make sure every letter there is a valid UTF8 letter. Then save it and start evolution (make sure you've not running neither evolution, nor e-calendar-factory processes when changing the file content).
