Description of problem:
When installing gtk3-debuginfo on a machine where gtk2-debuginfo, I get

file /usr/lib/debug/usr/bin/gtk-update-icon-cache.debug from install of gtk3-debuginfo-2.99.2-1.fc15.x86_64 conflicts with file from package gtk2-debuginfo-2.23.90-1.fc15.x86_64

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.99.2-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum --enablerepo='rawhide-debuginfo'  install gtk2-debuginfo
2. yum --enablerepo='rawhide-debuginfo'  install gtk3-debuginfo
  
Actual results:
Step (2) fails.

Expected results:
Step (2) succeeds.

Additional info:
The file should not be packaged by gtk3-debuginfo since /usr/bin/gtk-update-icon-cache is not packaged by gtk3 either.
