I am not sure I can reproduce this step by step.
It probably happended when trying to put the screenshot into the clibpboard.

How to reproduce

1. in codeblocks, when navigating through a menu, press Atl-PrtSc, does nothing.
2. in codeblocks, in the main window press Alt-PrtSc, try to put the result into the clipboard
