Description of problem: Clustered brokers don't provide client name and pid in management data.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run a clustered broker
2. qpid-stat -c

Actual results:
  client-addr cproc cpid auth connected idle msgIn msgOut
  =========================================================================
  127.0.0.1:47879 anonymous 0s 0s 247 0

Note there is nothing under cproc and cpid.

Expected results:
