Connect Storage Pool failure because Rhev-M try connect host to 
different pools (Omer should debug it).
rhev-M disconnect storage server immediately after pool was successfully 
connected and after that they try to connect host again but to the
different pool.

Ofer, please talk to Omer. I think he need your help with this issue.

Reducing severity and removing TestBlocker, as this issue does not reproduce.
