Comment 2 John Reiser 2011-01-21 22:09:39 UTC
Sorry for the "blank" description; rawhide is very raw today. Also, bug #519251 (<Return> causes Commit of a mostly-blank bugreport) has not been fixed in 17 months.

Anyway, Description: at the end of Fresh Install from DVD, about the time of "Congratulations! Time to reboot", the installer gets an unexpected exception from yum.

Version: anaconda-15.16, yum-3.2.29-2.fc15

How reproducible: every time

Recipe to reproduce:
Compose install DVD for x86_64 from today's rawhide using pungi.
Boot DVD for Install, defaults, Basic disk, Custom configuration (select existing partition for /, reformat as ext4), General Desktop.

Actual results: Unexpected exception with traceback when Performing post-install operations.

Expected results: no exception, no traceback

passing this over to anaconda since that's where YumBackend comes from and the yumBase object from yum definitely has a close() method

Comment 4 David Lehman 2011-01-22 00:09:31 UTC
A fix will be in anaconda-15.17-1.
