Description of problem:

Current rawhide contains
 aspell-gl-50:0.5a-1.fc15
while F14 contains
 aspell-gl-50:0.50-8.fc12

I.e. rpm-NEVR-wise the version in rawhide is less than the version in Fedora.

Expected results:
aspell-gl's NEVR in rawhide to be greater than in F14.
