Job status graph with overlapping slots graph

The flash graphs in Grid Overview can overlap in low
resolutions rendering graph-fullscreen-buttons unusable
because of losing focus.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Grid Overview and resize window so that the flash
   area on the right overlaps the area on the left
2. Focus any of Job status or Slot state graphs
3. Try to reach the rectangle which shows in top-right
   corner
  
Actual results: You lose focus before you can reach it.
  Caused by overlapping.

Expected results: I would rather like horizontal scrolling
  (fixed width), or CSS columns which would brake into
  only one column for low resolutions.
