How to reproduce

1. Attempt to start OOo after a prior crash
2. Select "Recover files" when prompted

Did this just happen once, or all the time. My current assumption is that this is limited to recovering a specific presentation.

I imagine this happens either with a massive alloc that fails or an image that is corrupt in some way. Would need to be able to reproduce this really to figure out the right fix :-(
