Description of problem:
several provider feedback messages are missing whitespace

    Namemust only contain: numbers, letters, spaces, '_' and '-'
    Namecan't be blank
    URLcan't be blank
    Nameis too long (maximum is 255 characters)
    Namehas already been taken
    URLmust be a valid provider url
    URLis invalid


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  create provider with no name
  
Actual results:
Namecan't be blank

Expected results:
Name can't be blank
