Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Intel cert setting "Make" as "Desktop Board";
2. edit model name; 
3. in edit page, "Make" was shown as "Intel Server Board", which is the default value of "Make" dropdown list.  What we expected is "Desktop Board"
