so far only reviewer can change the Make/Model and category,i think vendor should also be authorized to do it.

We have discussed it with Rob a while ago and Rob thought vendor users shouldn't have the right to change Make, Model and category.  

I will re-open this discussion here and the code can be easily changed to allow vendor to edit any specific fields once we reach an agreement on vendor's permissions.
