I think it's a little complex and unnecessary to create the testplan as follows:
"Add Certification" ---> "Update Certification Request" ---> "create testplan"

Another issue is i cann't edit the "production/version/arch/certification type/Description" because the "request new certification" page no longer exist if you click "create testplan" button.
How about merge "request new certification" page and "test plan" page into one page?
