The "creator ack" and "peer review ack" buttons hide from vendor's side,if vendor save any changes of the test plan,the "creator ack" will turn to the default value "unchecked"

This is caused by that in vendor view, there is no checkbox for creator acks, in backend, we cannot detect the  checkbox is on or not, and in code we always assume the checkbox is off when not finding the param. seems need to make checkbox hidden to solve this.
