I get a popup window saying "The name org.gnome.DisplayManager was not provided by any .service" files." when I am logged in as some user X and I want to switch to some user Y. Logging off completely as X and then relogging in as Y does work, but that's not user switching. Everything I changed to the system: #cat /etc/sysconfig/desktop DISPLAYMANAGER=KDE #yum install system-switch-displaymanager-gnome #system-switch-displaymanager # select kdm Reproducible: Always

Can you provide us with the version of gdm you have on the system? You can find out by issuing 'rpm -q gdm'.
